My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie. First and foremost to dog lovers everywhere, our dog just loved her! So that was the first good sign we were off to a good start. Next we had to discuss the neighborhood prices and what would sell and for how much. Stephanie did her homework and we came up with the right price in our wonderful neighborhood. With a great photographer and superb selling folders to highlight the home, we sold in a very short amount of time. Stephanie has a great personality, checks in with you, and communicates about procedures. We didn't feel lost, even though we have moved several times in the past. She is very professional and takes the time to explain the paperwork, especially because moving can be somewhat hectic at times. We were so glad Stephanie was recommended to us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a extremely qualified and very proficient real estate agent. Plus you also get the benefit of someone who cares as you go through the process of buying or selling. Stephanie takes the time to talk with you and address any of your concerns. Thank you Stephanie. If we weren't moving to another state, we would use you again if we ever bought or sold!
